The Problem
A large communications infrastructure company was not responding to form submissions from the website in a timely manner. This was causing missed opportunities and lost leads.
The Approach
We suggested streamlining leads coming from the website straight into their sales system, Salesflare. To do this, we would integrate the website form to Salesflare using REST API. Then, the lead information capture would be automated and inserted directly into the sales pipeline.
The Result
The custom automation built for the company eliminated missed sales leads from the website. It also eliminated any delay from website form submission and sales team awareness. The end result being that the sales team was more effective and closed more deals.
