A professional services company billed clients by time and materials, and struggled to get employees to record billable time.
The Approach
The business application and an automation tool were used to send daily email notifications to employees that hadn’t recorded a full day’s work. A warning was sent, and then after allowing time to correct the billable time, a second notification was sent to management.
The Result
Daily time recorded increased from 40% to 90%, resulting in a huge increase in invoiced services.
