The Problem
A rapidly growing company could not keep track of the equipment in the field and in the office. Onboarding and offboarding was inefficient and late.
The Approach
Roles and appropriate equipment were defined for each role. In addition, procedures were created to standardize the onboarding & offboarding process. Physical inventory management was also offered, so that equipment could be tracked and reused.
The Result
The risk of lost equipment, and more importantly, the risk of data leakage from lost equipment was eliminated. Further, the onboarding & offboarding experiences were deployed in a timely and consistent manner, resulting in an improved employee experience.
